RX30 is a fitness studio in Lincoln Center offering Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Kids? Classes. We are a team of professionals who treat each other with respect, work together to provide the best experience for our members, and have fun in the process.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an outgoing, super friendly, and conversation-starting Front Desk & Social Media Coordinatorto join our team! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with people, loves creating a welcoming environment, and has a passion for social media content creation. You will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring an exceptional experience at the studio, while also managing our online presence to showcase RX30?s services and community. Additionally, you?ll be responsible for preparing smoothies from our smoothie bar when requested by walk-ins or members.

You will report to the Social Media Manager for direction on content creation, including what needs to be captured, posted, and when.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Duties: ? Greet members with a warm and welcoming demeanor. ? Engage in friendly conversations to build relationships with members. ? Check members into classes efficiently and accurately. ? Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries. ? Handle member concerns with professionalism and empathy. ? Process payments and maintain accurate records. ? Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and inviting. ? Prepare smoothies when requested by members or walk-ins.

Social Media & Content Creation Duties:
? Capture and create engaging social media content (photos, videos, and infographics) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
? Highlight trainer expertise, client progress, class intensity, and the benefits of RX30 workouts.
? Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an online community aligned with RX30?s supportive atmosphere.
? Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
? Follow the direction of the Social Media Manager on content creation, scheduling, and posting.

Qualifications: ? Super outgoing, friendly, and loves talking to people! ? Strong communication and customer service skills. ? Proficient in using phone systems, gym management software, and social media platforms. ? Experience in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus. ? Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ? Passion for fitness and a strong understanding of social media trends. ? Willingness to learn and make smoothies for members upon request. ? Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
