We work with referring physicians, including orthopedic surgeons, pain management and rehabilitation doctors, neurologists, neurosurgeons and chiropractors, as well as case managers, personal injury attorneys, sports teams and others interested in achieving the best in medical imaging; we also directly serve patients, who are their own best advocates.

The Opportunity

CareFirst is currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player to work part time at our Tallahassee office. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our organization playing a critical role in delivering the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities/Requirements
? Provide exceptional customer service
? Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
? Greet patients and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
? Enter data accurately into patient?s accounts
? Patient Registration
? Check-in and Check-out
? Collect patient fees
? Other duties as assigned by manager

Education and Experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor
? Bilingual a PLUS
? Prior medical office experience (Required)

Qualifications
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
? Familiarity with medical terminology
? Strong customer service skills
? Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
? Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
? Experience with EMR systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
