What We?re Looking For
? Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting (new store openings preferred).
? Proven ability to manage business effectively through seasonal changes.
? Excellent communication and leadership skills.
? Solid understanding of food safety, health department regulations, and restaurant financials.
? Ability to analyze data and translate it into practical strategies.
? Demonstrated hands-on leadership approach.
? Comfortable working with shellfish allergens.
