About the position

As a Licensed Insurance Representative at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in the healthcare sector. This position requires you to be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, where no two days will be the same. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring that each interaction is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. In this role, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication. You will work with confidential customer information, treating it sensitively and aiming to resolve issues on the first call. This requires a proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding approach. You will also need to identify customers who are comparison-shopping and assist them with the correct price plan, while compassionately handling sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning. Responsibilities
? Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries

Requirements
? 6 months Customer service experience preferred
,
? Over 18 years of age
,
? Ability to type 25 wpm
,
? High School Graduate or GED
,
? Comfort with desktop computer system
,
? Proven oral & written communication skills
,
? Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
,
? Logical problem-solving skills
,
? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
,
? Organization and work prioritization skills
