What You?ll Be Doing:
? Your core workweek will be the perfect blend of in-office collaboration at our Mission Viejo office and exciting client visits within Orange County, all tailored to meet client needs and demand.
? Be the go-to HR guru for our clients, guiding them through the twists and turns of federal and state employment laws with confidence and clarity.
? Provide insightful advisory services to staff and management on everything HR-related?from company policies to employee relations best practices.
? Collaborate with the HR team to deliver top-notch service to our clients with a focus on quality and efficiency.
? Review and revamp employee handbooks and policies to keep our clients compliant and ahead of the curve.
? Lead workplace investigations and help clients solve complex HR challenges with practical, legally-sound solutions.
? Host engaging training sessions on everything from management techniques to sexual harassment prevention (you?ll be the HR rockstar they need!).
? Stay on top of HR trends, research, and policies to ensure we?re always delivering the best service and advice possible.
? Team up with our consultants to streamline service offerings and provide clients with even more exceptional support.

What You?ll Bring to the Table:
? A Bachelor?s degree in HR, Business, or a related field highly preferred (we like the formal education, but your passion for HR is key!).
? At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in consulting or within small to mid-size companies.
? An in-depth understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws?your legal knowledge is spot on!
? Experience in drafting employment policies and finding opportunities to improve processes (you spot a better way and make it happen!).
? Excellent communication skills?both verbal and written?because you know how to make complex topics easy to understand.
? Top-notch attention to detail and the ability to create flawless collateral (grammar is your friend).
? Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
? A proactive mindset?you're always thinking ahead, finding solutions before issues even arise.
? A knack for building relationships with clients and internal teams, no matter their level or role.
? Strong skills in Excel, Word, & Outlook (because organization is key, and we love a good spreadsheet!).
? A great sense of organization, time management and project management skills - you're a time-keeping ninja documenting in-office tasks and client visits with effortless precision.
? Bonus points if you?re bilingual in Spanish?always a plus, but not required.
