From energy-efficient power systems to advanced HVAC and plumbing designs, our team contributes to a resilient and sustainable built environment, pushing the boundaries of building system design and optimizing performance while addressing the unique needs of each facility. During your internship, you will work on a highly functioning team and aid in providing design services for a wide variety of projects. You'll receive guidance, supervision and mentorship by experienced engineers and professionals with your success as the goal. The majority of our interns convert to full-time employees.

What You'll Be Working On
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client projects, contributing to design and development processes.
? Work closely with engineers to understand project requirements and propose innovative solutions.
? Perform detailed engineering calculations and design system layouts (piping, ductwork, etc.), including equipment sizing and coordination of trades.
? Assist in reviewing and modifying designs based on project needs and participate in field survey work as required.
? Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and technical drawings.
Education | Experience:

Minimum Qualifications
? Currently enrolled in an ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering program for a bachelor?s or master?s degree.
? Interest in careers within the A/E/C industry focusing on engineering and architectural services.
? Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
? Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
? Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit.
? Knowledge or experience in heat transfer and fluid thermodynamics.
? Previous internship or related experience in mechanical engineering.
? Participation in professional associations, on-campus groups, or community service.
