Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients with kidney disease.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress.
Educate patients and their families about kidney disease and treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
