SHADOW is seeking a Social Media Manager, who will develop social media strategies on behalf of both the agency and its clients. This is a managerial position that will serve as client point of contact and report directly to the Social Media Director. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized and creative, with 4-5 years of work experience in social media marketing in-house for a brand or in an agency setting.

? Social Media Savvy: You are fluent across prevailing social platforms, with an awareness of what type of content works best where, and how brands are utilizing social media to communicate with their audiences. You are pop-culture obsessed, creative and witty.
? Writing skills: You are not just an excellent writer, but you are able to adjust its voice and tone to accommodate a range of clients, projects and audiences. You are creative and witty, with a sense of what is resonating online.
? Agility and Organization: You?ve got a buttoned up approach to project management and are able to move quickly and react quickly to news or social conversations.
? Team Oriented: Social media by its nature touches a number of different disciplines and you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally at the agency.
? Data-Driven & Analytical: You?re able to review the data on any given social metric and turn it into actionable strategy, whether it?s a tweak in content design, adding interaction tools to posts, augmenting the calendar, etc.
? Preferred: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other editing tools

What You Do:
? Client Social Strategy: Lead the development and execution of social media strategies for a variety of agency clients, including content calendars and copywriting across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter.
? SHADOW?s Social Presence: Lead the day-to-day activity for the agency?s account, including developing content calendars, working with applicable teams to retrieve assets, developing copy, and collaborating with the Social Director for review. You will be managing the Coordinator, who will facilitate scheduling/publishing and work closely with divisional teams to ensure calendars are up to date and in line with key client launches, events and initiatives.
? Content Management: Lead communication with in-house client teams and SHADOW internal teams to manage and organize content inventory and ongoing timelines. This includes ensuring prompt delivery of existing brand assets, internal photoshoots and video shoots, user generated content, etc. as needed according to the content calendar.
? Content Creation: Prepare creative briefs, including moodboards and shot lists for content capture. Project manage certain elements of content creation in collaboration with the Creative team, including social video cutting and/or story tile creation. Create native social content when applicable, such as creating Instagram Stories on-site at an event. Research and identify emerging social trends or new content inspiration.
? Reporting & Measurement: Aggregate high level analytics into drafts of monthly reports with actionable insights for director review.

Annual Compensation:

$75K - $95K (commensurate with experience)
