As a Non-CDL Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics team, ensuring that our great-tasting beverages are delivered safely and on time to our customers. This position offers a stable work environment with a local route, allowing you to stay close to home while contributing to the success of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering products to various retail partners along your daily route. You will check in and retrieve any products that need to be returned to the sales center, maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency. The job requires adherence to safety procedures and effective communication with warehouse and backroom managers to ensure accurate inventory management. Responsibilities
? Following all safety procedures throughout the day while driving to and from the Sales Center to customer locations on route.

? Delivering all store deliveries in a safe, efficient, and productive manner to resupply customer inventories.

? Correctly checking store delivery inventory compared to invoiced quantity with the warehouse/backroom manager.
,
? Correctly checking truck inventory compared to load-out report and return inventory compared to load-in report.
,
? Maintaining back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible formation within the assigned storage area.
,
? Picking up and returning pallets, shells, and assigned products at each delivery location.
,
? Training for your CDL.

Requirements
? Must be at least 21 years of age.
,
? Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
,
? Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as directed by the business.
,
? Able to lift 50 pounds.
,
? Must have a medical card.
