Dynamic NYC Real Estate Investment and Operating Company seeking an impressive Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join their team. This person?s time will be divided among executive, administrative, and operational responsibilities with help from the administrative assistant. As the Office Manager, this person is responsible for supervising the office administration, ensuring it is well stocked and maintained while being the point person for any office related inquiries. The role also supervises the receptionist with their administrative work for the Investment Management and Accounting team. On the executive side, this role is the right hand to the two partners, providing heavy calendar management, meeting coordination, maintaining essential files, planning and executing company-wide and executive events, and completing personal tasks as needed. This role will be a leader to the administrative assistant / receptionist, and through a dynamic and collaborative partnership will take on and execute company initiatives. This role proposes a great opportunity for growth with exposure to other fields including Human Resources, Investor Relations, Event Planning, Marketing & Branding. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and a no task is too small mentality. A selfstarter who is always adapting and thinking of creative ways to improve processes will excel in the role.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:? Basic office management, including supervising ordering office supplies and ensuring a neat and organized workspace ? Serve as the liaison between the office and building maintenance? Plan and execute company-wide and executive events ? Calendar management and meeting coordination for two founding executives ? Assist partners with personal work, as needed? Execute bi-weekly payroll, employee onboarding and offboarding and semi-annual review ? with the assistance of our HR and IT consultant ? Ad-hoc projects involving HR, Investor Relations, Event Planning Marketing & Branding and Social Media What You Bring
Minimum Requirements:? Bachelor?s degree required? 1-3 years of previous work experience in an administrative role? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word (PowerPoint, and Excel preferred)? Strong written and verbal communication skills? A high level of enthusiasm, energy, and creativity - A detail-oriented and adaptable happy, professional work style with an independent, intuitive, and self-starting approach? Reliability, no drama, punctuality, and organization What We Offer
Position Salary:
$90k-120k
