Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food or related hospitality industries.

Duties
• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to ensure excellent service delivery
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team
• Oversee food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
• Utilize POS systems effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Proficiency in staff training and development programs
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or coffee shop setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
