Job Overview:

Breaking into the plumbing industry without experience can be challenging, but at Zoom Drain, we make it possible! Our paid Apprenticeship Program provides hands-on training, allowing you to learn the trade while earning a paycheck. You'll work alongside experienced Service Technicians, assisting with drain and sewer services and learning the business inside and out. Our structured Apprentice-to-Technician career path is designed to help you grow into a fully qualified Service Technician within 3 to 6 months.

What You'll Do:
? Assist Service Technicians with clearing clogged drains and sewer lines.
? Learn to perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
? Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with service calls.
? Maintain worksite safety and cleanliness.
? Participate in in-shop training and manufacturer-led programs to build technical expertise.

Career Growth & Pay Scale:
? Hired as an Apprentice: $17.00 per hour
? After 90 Days & Training Completion: $18.00 per hour
? After Field Training & Assigned Own Truck: $20.00+ per hour + Bonuses
? After 6 Months as Technician: $22.00 per hour + Bonus & $1,500 Retention Bonus
? After 12 Months as Technician OR 6 Months with High Performance: $24.00 per hour
? Senior Technician Training Completion: $26.00 per hour
? Field Supervisor Promotion & Training Completion: $28.00+ per hour

What You Bring:
? Strong Customer Service Skills and a team-player attitude.
? Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
? Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
? Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

? Day & Evening Shifts Available
? Weekend & On-Call Rotations Required
