? Support project-related work and other activities across the Office of Continued Care and Outreach (OCCO), ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
? Coordinate care and outreach efforts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among teams
? Develop and deliver engagement activities with key stakeholders and constituents, including presentations, reports, and other materials
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project needs, develop project plans, and allocate resources
? Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
? Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders
? Present summary of efforts of the OCCO to Senior Leadership as required

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Project Management)
? 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an airline or related industry

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
? Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Project Management)
? Project management certification
? Experience working in a matrixed organization, with multiple stakeholders and priorities
? Knowledge of the Air Carriers Family Assistance Act of 1996 and the assurances required within the Code of Federal Regulation

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
? Strong project management skills, including project planning, coordination, and delivery
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and interpretation
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
? Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
? Strong attention to details, organization, and time management skills
? Ability to present to all levels of an organization including C-suite executives
