Quality Analyst Lead

Quality Analyst Leads at Xede are responsible for ensuring that all of our implementations meet our high standard of excellence so that our customers receive the best possible solutions. The Quality Analyst Lead works with other team members to thoroughly test each of our implementations and report any bugs that might appear. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and have a strong knowledge of documenting defects and tracking issue resolution.
Responsibilities: ? Participate in requirement/design reviews to ensure test plans are traceable to requirements. ? Review and approve test plans in advance of testing. ? Lead teams of testers who may work on multiple projects at the same time. ? Work with team members to ensure that all testing activities are documented correctly. ? Adhere to, and be an ambassador for Xede?s strategy, project management and change management methodology. ? Provide technical expertise in Quality Assurance, and developing effective procedures and system requirements that evolve Xede?s leadership position in this domain. ? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint. ? Effectively serve while operating multiple priorities. ? Other duties and responsibilities, as directed.
Minimum Qualifications: ? Experience in a QA Lead role ? Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a focus on being clear and concise. ? Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and testing skills, problem-solving skills, and experience with technical environments and architectures. ? Ability to travel as needed. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education:
? Bachelor?s degree and/or equivalent experience
? Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (Preferred)
