The Recruiting Specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment process for clinical trials, collaborating closely with clinical site staff to identify and recruit suitable subjects for participation. This position is primarily responsible for conducting outreach to potential panelists through various communication methods, including incoming calls, cold calls, and text messaging. The specialist will conduct phone screening interviews to assess potential participants against specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, ensuring that all eligibility is documented accurately. In addition to recruitment activities, the Recruiting Specialist will work in tandem with Coordinators to meet recruitment goals and determine participant eligibility. Scheduling screening visits for panelists and conducting reminder calls are essential tasks that help maintain an organized recruitment process. The specialist is also responsible for maintaining valid recruitment data through regular database updates and adhering to recruitment policies and procedures for tracking participants. The role requires a thorough understanding of client procedures and guidelines, and the specialist will participate in recruitment activities by implementing strategies and preparing action goals and schedules. Weekly status updates on recruitment activities are expected, along with maintaining an active pipeline of panelists even when specific studies are not in progress. Attendance at study meetings, both pre and post, is required, and the specialist must read and comprehend each assigned protocol. Any critical findings or trends must be escalated to the Recruitment Manager, and the specialist may also be assigned ad hoc projects as needed. Responsibilities
? Collaborate with clinical site staff to recruit subjects for clinical trials.

? Work closely with Coordinators to execute recruitment goals and determine participant eligibility.

? Schedule panelists screening visits and conduct reminder calls.

? Maintain valid recruitment data through database updates and other tools as necessary.

? Follow recruitment policies and procedures for tracking participants.

? Understand and abide by the clients, NA Procedures and Guidelines.

? Participate in recruitment activities, implementing recruiting strategies, and preparing action goals and schedules.

? Provide weekly status updates on recruitment activities.

? Maintain an active panelist pipeline even when recruitment for a specific study is not underway.

? Attend study meetings pre and post as required by the leadership team.

? Read and understand each assigned protocol.

? Escalate any critical or major findings or trends to the Recruitment Manager.

? Perform other duties such as ad hoc projects, as assigned.
Requirements
? High School Diploma or equivalent.
,
? 2+ years work experience in an office setting (non-remote).
,
? Proficient in MS Office with advanced computer skills.
