Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of IKEA products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance the customer experience.
Continuously strive to improve the customer service process through feedback and suggestions.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and co-workers.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
