Senior Process Associate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Associate to join IBM and help drive operational excellence. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, has a knack for problem solving and is passionate about process improvement. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role. A great attitude and strong communication skills are essential in this position. Responsibilities: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization. Monitor and track process performance metrics for quality assurance. Develop and maintain documentation to ensure processes are compliant with regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus around process improvement initiatives. Lead process improvement projects to ensure successful implementation. Develop and deliver training programs related to process improvement initiatives. Provide support and guidance to other team members on process improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend corrective actions. Monitor industry trends and best practices related to process improvement.
