Job Title: Service Lead

We're looking for a skilled leader to join our team as a Service Lead. As a key member of our store staff, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and leading the service team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: ? Lead, supervise, and provide work direction to the Service Team in cashiering, front-end, and recovery functions. ? Provide feedback to store leadership regarding team performance. ? Ensure customer service standards, front-end operations, and program compliance are met. ? Serve as primary Manager on Duty, including opening and closing the store when scheduled. ? Maintain and supervise the Hazardous Waste program. ? Analyze trends and collaborate with store leadership to achieve goals.

Requirements: ? High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years retail management experience preferred. ? Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and interpersonal skills required. ? Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds; unload freight, move product on shelves, and walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods. ? Able to work variable schedules up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
