About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software applications. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities: ? Software Development: ? Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. ? Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices. ? Ensure code quality through peer reviews and automated testing. ? Architecture and Design: ? Collaborate on architectural decisions to build scalable systems. ? Propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives. ? Mentorship: ? Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. ? Conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. ? Collaboration: ? Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements. ? Coordinate with QA engineers to ensure optimal product quality. ? Continuous Improvement: ? Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and software defects. ? Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to innovate and improve development processes.

Qualifications: ? Education & Experience: ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). ? 5+ years of professional software development experience. ? Technical Skills: ? Proficiency in programming languages such as [e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.]. ? Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring). ? Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). ?
