Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for growth.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and present them to clients.
Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Adobe solutions to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on account activities and revenue forecasts.
Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Mentor and train junior account managers to improve their performance.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
