Step aboard as a Stateroom Attendant and make waves in hospitality! Your role is all about keeping staterooms clean, cozy, and memorable for guests on their dream cruise. From daily room makeovers to special requests, you?re the magic behind a perfect stay at sea!
What You?ll Do:
? Daily Care & Comfort: Tidy up staterooms, replace linens, dust, and restock amenities, ensuring each room feels like a welcoming retreat.
? Special Touches: Offer turn-down service, keep balconies inviting, and handle guest requests like coffee and ice refills.
? Attention to Detail: Check for needed repairs, report maintenance issues, and refresh high-touch areas like mirrors and chrome.
? Hallway Upkeep: Keep hallways looking pristine by removing trash, vacuuming, and organizing trolleys for a seamless guest experience.
? Embarkation & Departure: Help guests settle in on arrival day and ensure staterooms are spotless and refreshed on debarkation day.
? Hospitality Magic: Help with events, like cocktail parties and onboard activities, bringing warmth and friendliness to each guest interaction.
Extra Responsibilities: ? Lost & Found: Log any left-behind items and check closed safes on disembarkation day. ? Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines, maintaining a sparkling, secure space for guests. ? Laundry & Linens: Sort, collect, and deliver fresh linens and guest laundry with care and efficiency. ? Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries with a smile, guiding them to activities, restaurants, and other onboard facilities.
What We?re Looking For:
? Experience: At least 2 years in hospitality and a high school diploma.
? Team Spirit: Friendly, organized, and ready to go above and beyond for guests and team members.
? Onboard Flexibility: Willing to work 7 days a week, living the cruise life and spreading positivity every day!
