The ideal candidate will support and assist with day-to-day sample coordination supporting the E-comm Style Studio Associate Manager. The ideal candidate is extremely process-oriented with a keen ability to multitask and handle multiple requests. This individual should be remarkably organized with working knowledge of Excel.We are looking for someone who is ateam player with the ability to work independently. Being able to problem solve to help come up with solutions is the key to success. Attention to detail, organization, and strong follow-up skills as necessary. This person is the point of contact between multiple key stakeholders so it is imperative you have excellent communication skills.Most importantly, you will be responsible for all ordering and tracking of incoming and outgoing samples to support the needs of the business.This a temporaryposition withan initial 6 month contract. This is an in person position located at Splashlight Studios in Manhattan.What You?ll Do:Maintain a library of collections and inventory through an organized system of checking in and checking out products in a timely manner across all categories.Supports the creation of shot lists based on sample vs. stock projections and inbound warehouse deliveries.Manage requests from outside vendors inclusive of VPI requests and warehouse stock in a professional manner, track incoming and outgoing requests with a sense of urgency, paying special attention to vendor requested return dates. Monthly cycle scanning of the studio to keep track of every SKU in the studio.Clean, reorganize, and make sure the space is restocked with garment bags, shopping bags, labels etc. ensuring inbound and outbound rails are in ready condition at all times.Assist with projects such as styling requests, editorials, social shoots etc.About You:6 months experience working in a photo studio, retail, public relations or other fast paced environmentA team player with a focus on collaborationIntroductory knowledge in ExcelStrong communication skills both written and verbalExtremely organized and detail orientedSense of urgency to complete projects/tasksCOVID-19 VACCINE REQUIREMENT:RTR is requiring all US corporate employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to work in person, unless an employee requires a reasonable accommodation for medical or religious reasons.
