Monday - Friday (55+hours)
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
? Inventory Control:
Responsible for receiving goods, documenting any missing items, ensuring inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and annual verification, and promoting proper sign-out procedures for warehouse parts.
? Warehouse Operations:
Maintain clear aisles to ensure safety, ensure all parts are properly labeled and stored in their assigned locations, and assist with material retrieval as needed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Physical Inventory; cycle counting of all parts in the warehouse daily.
? Pickup and deliver parts as required.
? Assist other employees with warehouse functions, including finding parts and signing parts out correctly.
? Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including floors, shelves, and existing inventory.
? Receive all parts into warehouse using EAM, assigning bins as needed.
? Assure that First In - First Out methods are used to keep inventory items fresh
? Keep aisles, receiving area, annex, and outside warehouse area clear from obstructions and hazards.
? Issue parts to Work Orders as needed.
? Alert Purchasing Agent of any issues immediately.
? Other job functions as required or directed by purchasing agent.
? Clean workstation and surrounding areas making sure it is clean and free of debris.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
? Good Driving Record and Current Driver's License; employment contingent upon acceptance as a driver by our company insurance.
? Understand and follow oral or written instructions issued by supervisors.
? Well Organized
? Computer Literate
? Understand basic mathematical skills.
? Solid decision-making skills
? Work well both independently and as part of a team.
? At least 23 years of age.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
? Perform tasks such as walking, climbing, or standing for long periods of time
? Able to bend, stoop, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
? Ability to work outside in all conditions
? Must be comfortable working around loud equipment
? Able to work while in a fall protection harness at heights over 4 feet
? Able to lift 50 lbs throughout work shift
SAFETY
? Must be able to follow all safety rules and regulations
? Wear all required personal protective equipment, i.e., hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, and reflective wear
? Report immediately all accidents, near-misses, property damage, equipment damage, or unsafe conditions
? Use proper lifting technique at all times
