Weekend Part-Time Sales Administrator

Traditions of America, award-winning home builder of 55+ communities, is seeking an exceptional Weekend - Part Time Sales Administrator/Greeter for our Brandywine Farms Community. Candidate must be energetic, a fast learner, and possess excellent attention to detail, strong computer knowledge, and customer service skills. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. Hours are 9:30 AM to 6 PM during daylight savings time and 9 AM to 5 PM during the winter months.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
? Providing administrative and organizational support
? Customer service
? Opening and closing the model homes
? Answering telephones
? CRM data entry and reports
? Interacting with prospective home buyers in the community
? Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: ? Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office ? Previous customer service experience ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Part Time working every Saturday and Sunday
