Mobile Sales Associate

About the Role

As a Sales Associate at our mobile retail locations, you?ll work closely with the Store Manager to support daily retail and warehouse operations. This role requires equestrian experience and offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge while growing with our dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities
? Travel to and work at top-rated horse shows across the nation
? Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
? Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store organization
? Receive, stock, and manage inventory to minimize shrink
? Process sales transactions, cash handling, and reconciliation
? Perform local deliveries as needed
? Support store activities, promotions, and special projects

Qualifications
? Must be 18+ with a valid driver?s license
? Equine industry knowledge is required
? Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
? Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player

Preferred Experience (a Plus, but Not Required)
? Background in Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Polo, or Racing
? Previous retail experience, including inventory tracking and cycle counts
? Familiarity with NetSuite software
? Vet techs, recent grads, grooms, or tack store associates are strongly encouraged to apply
