Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of primary care services provided by our network of providers
Monitor and analyze provider performance data and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives
Lead and manage a team of primary care performance specialists to support provider performance improvement efforts
Conduct regular performance reviews with primary care providers and provide feedback and coaching to drive improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with key primary care provider partners
Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices related to primary care and provider performance
Advocate for and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement within the primary care network
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality metrics and standards
Communicate performance data and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the primary care network
Represent Aetna at industry events and conferences related to primary care and provider performance.
