Position Summary

The Manager, New Hire Success is accountable for designing and delivering exceptional onboarding programs and early engagement strategies to ensure employees in a portfolio of roles are set up for success. This role will partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop standardized onboarding processes, support role-specific training, and monitor the effectiveness of programs. The Manager, New Hire Success will focus on driving consistent and scalable approaches to learning and development, contributing to performance and retention outcomes. This role may or may not include direct reports immediately but has the potential for future team leadership.

Responsibilities
? Partner with leaders to identify onboarding needs, develop solutions, and implement programs that address role-specific priorities and organizational objectives
? Define and document clear role expectations, skills, and outcomes in collaboration with role experts and field leaders
? Ensure the effective delivery of onboarding programs by training and supporting preceptors, facilitators, and field leaders, as relevant
? Collaborate with stakeholders to establish learning roadmaps, success metrics, and plans for continuous improvement
? Monitor and assess program effectiveness through feedback and performance data, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and retention
? Create and maintain job aids, SOPs, and other resources to support learning and role effectiveness, when necessary
? Track and analyze ?cohort health? data, including recruitment, retention, and performance metrics, to spot opportunities for increased impact
? Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related field
? Strong program development and project management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and influence without direct authority
? Experience designing and implementing learning programs at scale
? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure program impact
? Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
? Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
? US work authorization
? This position may require very occasional travel (estimated at less than 5% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Oak Street Health field operations strongly preferred

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
