As a part of our team, you can work in a diverse and inclusive environment amidst a professional and supportive community.” The Product Inventory Associate for Disney Cruise Line is part of the Product Inventory Team, responsible for the pre-voyage onboard booking experience of our Guests, in addition to supporting Hotel Operations inventory that is available on the Guest website and the additional data that flows to the onboard systems for the fleet. This role will act as the primary contact for Guest requests and inventory forecasting, utilizing independent judgement to analyze reporting, complete daily and weekly tasks, and meet service level standards for our partners. In addition, you will handle diverse tasks with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines to support hotel shipboard and shoreside operations. The Product Inventory Associate-Travel Operations will report to the Travel Operations Manager and sits in Celebration, FL. Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between Shipboard and Shoreside Operations, Contact Center, and Embarkation Services Teams, addressing exceptions and special requests related to pre-booked onboard cruise activities, pre-purchased gifts, and amenities. Use multiple email inboxes to support Shoreside Guest Service, Reservation Communications, and Embarkation Service Teams, conducting research, and implementing elevated Seaware security permission actions. Conduct periodic reviews of reports to identify and resolve booking errors before embarkation, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of all Disney Cruise Line offerings, business rules, policies, and processes. Act as the primary contact for Guest Service escalations and internal partners, analyzing issues, making critical Guest Service Recovery decisions, and providing customized solutions based on independent judgment and business policies. Compose and maintain written responses to Guest inquiries and critical issues, adhering to DCL policies and procedures, delivering outstanding Guest service with courtesy. Clearly and concisely make decisions, perform time-sensitive actions, and communicate key information to multiple business partners, managing diverse tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Leverage multiple computer applications to efficiently manage inventory, track, and report inventory, delivering results to increase revenue potential and ensure a positive pre-voyage Guest experience. Ensure the protection of Guest security by handling sensitive information with the highest level of integrity, adapt quickly to leadership direction and feedback, and cultivate positive working relationships with team members and partners. Basic Qualifications: 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service or operations environment or related area. Proficient in critical decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills to provide creative solutions aligning with Company guidelines and partner business rules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and performing tasks with minimal direction. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Advance analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, adept at conflict management and meeting deadline standards. Capable of collaborating with various business areas and handling confidential information. Availability to work flexible hours which can include nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to learn new applications, as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with and comprehension of policies, products, and procedures for Disney Cruise Line. Proficient in Seaware Main and Touch, Microsoft Office, and Business Objects. Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
