About the Role
Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Reports to: CTO
Location: Remote (Denmark) Copenhagen area preferred

You are passionate about delivering high-quality products and ensuring seamless user experiences.
You have a keen eye for detail and excel at identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs effectively.
You enjoy testing web and mobile applications, ensuring they function as expected before release.
You take a proactive approach to uncovering issues, asking the right questions, and considering edge cases beyond the happy path.
You have experience working in SaaS, fast-moving tech environments, or quality assurance roles.
You excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, keeping workflows structured and teams informed.
You understand how different product components interact and collaborate effectively with engineers and product teams.
You thrive in a highly organized environment, ensuring that every issue is tracked and addressed.
You analyze patterns in recurring bugs and propose long-term solutions to enhance product stability.
You build strong relationships across teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient issue resolution.
What Youll Do
? Identify, track, and document bugs effectively, ensuring structured handoff to the tech team.
? Maintain clear communication across teams by updating Slack channels, structuring Jira tickets, and keeping stakeholders informed.
? Dive deep into the product to identify edge cases, ask the right questions, and enhance testing processes.
? Validate fixes and test web and mobile applications to ensure a high-quality user experience.
? Create, maintain, and improve test cases (both manual and automated) to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
? Work with engineers to refine testing processes and reduce bug resolution time.

? Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions to minimize future bugs.
? Collaborate closely with fellow QA Engineers, the Lead QA Engineer and the Software Engineers on creating great features.

Experience in testing web and mobile applications, with a focus on structured reporting.
Excellent communication skillsyou ensure clarity and transparency in issue tracking and resolution.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, or similar tracking systems (a plus).
Experience in Agile methodologies and fast-moving tech environments (a plus).
