Email Automation Specialist

The Email Automation Specialist will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing automated email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion through personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated email marketing workflows for customer onboarding, re-engagement, and lead nurturing.


• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of automated campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as required.


• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure emails are visually appealing and align with brand messaging.


• Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and send times to optimize performance.


• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.


• Proficiency in email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and insights.


• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
