Remote Medical Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support for our clients and patients. This position requires familiarity with Zendesk, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Assistant will assist healthcare professionals with various tasks, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

This position is 100% remote.

Duties
? Act as the front line for our clinic partners and patients. This hybrid clinical-operations role will involve handling inbound support inquiries, escalating urgent patient needs, managing Zendesk ticket workflows, and contributing to our knowledge base and internal process development.

This is a fully remote position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and is passionate about supporting both patient care and clinic success.

Qualifications
? Respond to incoming calls and Zendesk tickets from clinics regarding operational questions, patient status, and workflow concerns.
? Answer patient phone calls, determine if escalation is necessary, and route to the appropriate clinical team when required.
? Troubleshoot real-time issues (e.g. login problems, documentation status, medication tracking).
? Write and maintain clear, concise knowledge base articles and SOPs for internal and external use.
? Collaborate with the clinical, pharmacy, and tech teams to improve workflows and enhance client satisfaction.
? Track and document issues in Zendesk with a focus on resolution, follow-up, and cross-team communication.
? Assist in building scalable support systems that improve response times and customer success metrics.
? Support any ad-hoc projects related to clinical operations or customer success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
