Job Overview:

Barney's Sweet Shop is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Agent to join our team. This position is a work-from-home, remote opportunity that offers both full-time and part-time hours. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through live chat.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner through live chat

• Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and empathy

• Promote products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
