Fully Remote Customer Support(Entry Level)

Responsibilities: ? Deliver exceptional support to customers through chat, email, and video calls. ? Identify client needs and provide relevant information, solutions, or guidance. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. ? Educate clients on tools, services, and self-service options. ? Handle onboarding processes and help clients navigate digital platforms. ? Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up. ? Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and industry trends. ? Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights.
Qualifications: ? High School Diploma required; Bachelor?s degree in Business, Communication, or related field is a plus. ? Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or digital service roles is preferred but not required. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Comfortable working with digital platforms and customer support tools. ? Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. ? Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset. ? Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
