About the position

The Healthcare Analytics Specialist at Sharecare plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of client data within the company's established processes. This position is integral to driving data quality and adhering to governance standards for Audit Data analytics. The specialist is responsible for overseeing the management and quality control of datasets, preparing them for production and reporting usage. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client-level data, the specialist will handle data submission and ingestion processes, along with other data-intensive tasks assigned to them. In this role, the specialist will act as the primary processor of incoming client data on a day-to-day basis. They will serve as the point of escalation for both clients and team members, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively. The specialist will also run reports for internal and external clients, providing essential data elements for key reports to leadership. Additionally, they will assist with data collection, entry, processing, and delivery to various systems, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. The specialist will work to identify any data shortfalls and will liaise with data and development teams to close gaps or improve data fidelity. They will propose solutions to ensure business continuity and provide operational support specific to client data to payor engagement managers. A mastery understanding of all internal and external data and reporting is essential, as is the ability to prepare, proof, and edit documents and spreadsheets as needed. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall goals of the team and the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements
? Preferred knowledge of programming languages like Structured Query Language (SQL).

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data set analyzing.

? Strong presentation skills.

? Bachelor's degree preferred.

? Effective problem-solving skills.
