Working from home, you would join our Video Relay Service team delivering the National Relay Service. Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to the Deaf, speech communication difficulty, and hard of hearing communities.
Provide an efficient response to customer requests.
Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information in an accurate and careful manner.

What we are looking for:
Wired NBN Internet Connection - minimum download 10mbps+, minimum upload 10mbps+.
Looking for Interpreters to work minimum 8 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Saturday shift available 8am to 12noon - 25% penalty rate applies.
NAATI accredited Provisional Interpreters and Certified Interpreters.
5+ years proven experience interpreting in a range of contexts within the Deaf community.
Understand and follow the Interpreter Code of Ethics.
Current ASLIA membership is preferable.
Be available to undertake 3 days of online training.
