As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, providing technical support, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer chats and inquiries
- Provide solutions and technical support to customer issues
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve and optimize customer support processes
- Continuously maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide relevant and accurate information to customers
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using chat and communication software
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
