Responsibilities:

• Shift Length: Weekdays 9am - 7pm & Weekends 9am - 5pm
• Patient Volume: Spring/Summer Volume is 22 (Between 15-35) patients per weekday and 15 on weekends
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
• Trauma Level: IV

Qualifications/Requirements

• License: MI
• DEA/CSR: MI DEA and CSR Required
• Board Certification: PA's - NCCPA & NP's - AANP or ANCC
• Life Supports: BLS & ACLS
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Can be declined by filling out a form
