Job description: OVERVIEWMust live in the State of Texas**Our Qualfon MissionQualfon’s mission is to help as many people as possible pursue their total vocation—as individuals and as members of society—by creating an ever-growing number of job opportunities as we strive to become the outsourcer of choice for our clients.RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a remote Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agent for a Part-time Customer Service position.The candidate will have four (4) or more years of Personal Lines customer service with exposure to high-net-worth accounts and carriers.The position is temporary, with the prospect of a permanent opportunity.The individual in this position will be responsible for servicing multi-state clients, including, but not limited to, coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing.· Provides professional, accurate, and timely assistance while building relationships with clients and the carrier to ensure client satisfaction.· Understands, introduces, and leverages the products and services available as appropriate.· Responsible for updating and maintaining the client account within a customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents that are delivered to clients.Must reside in the state of Texas**Salary$25.00+ per hour depending on experience"Any posted pay range considers a variety of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location."ScheduleUp to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5 - 6 hours per day between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm EasternQualifications

- Active Property and Casualty License.
 - 4+ years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience required.
 - Experience with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG/PCS, etc.
 - Excellent written communication skills. Writes clearly and proactively; edits communications for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to situation; presents information effectively without the use of technical jargon.
 - Self-confident with the ability to make sound independent decisions.
 - Proficient in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools.
 - Highly professional and self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and an energetic personality.
 
- Property & Casualty License (Required)
 - Licensing and CE costs covered by the company, provided company applications are utilized for these services (estimated cost $11,500)

 - The environment cannot be in a location that is recorded by video or audio at any time unless Qualfon requires it.
 - The environment must be in a location where screens face away from all windows and cannot be viewed outside of the home or outside of the room. The work environment should be in a closed space surrounded by walls, with all doors closed as needed.
 
- You will be provided with a computer.
 - High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WI-FI, Satellite or Hot spot
 - Upload speed of 5 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps
 - The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
 - Latency under 100ms.
 - All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.
 
Expected salary: $25 per hour
