• Manage emails, calendar, and scheduling tasks for the team


• Assist with data entry, file management, and content uploads


• Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items


• Communicate with partners, contributors, and freelancers


• Conduct basic research and compile reports when needed


• Help with light social media management and customer service tasks

• 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Comfortable using Google Workspace, project management tools (like Trello or Asana), and communication apps like Slack


• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
