- Assist customers in navigating the company website and troubleshooting issues
- Accurately document customer interactions in the computer system
- Achieve productivity and customer satisfaction goals
- Adapt to the departments needs with flexibility and a positive attitude
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Previous Collections Experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Basic office mathematics and general computer skills required.
- Previous Experience with SAP and/or Speedpay a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully complete customer service training and demonstrate proficiency
