This role will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and implementing data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data integration, ETL processes, data warehousing, and Data Lakehouse curation. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses and other systems.

  • Implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across different platforms.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through robust validation and quality checks.

  • Create and maintain documentation for data integration processes, including data mappings, transformation rules, and workflows.

  • Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, developers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide solutions.

  • Identify and solve data integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to data flow.

  • Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability.

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the systems and platforms that fuel our ETL processes and integrations.

Qualifications

  • Passion for conservative politics and causes.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

  • Proficient in ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, SQL, and data modeling.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .Net, C#, or T-SQL.

  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Delta Lake architecture.

  • Familiar with data warehousing concepts and architecture.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with RedPoint, mailing data integration, and donor management is highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in data integration, ETL, or data warehousing

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Fabric.

  • Familiar with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
