Job description: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical associate to lead the Insurance Product Management team! You could help innovate the product and drive GEICO’s profitable growth. As a Sr. Manager, Insurance Product Management , you will develop, recommend and implement new and complex pricing and product design strategies for assigned products, and manage the preparation of statistical exhibits used for analyses of underwriting experiences. The candidate will be responsible for the profit and growth of assigned products, leverages analytical models, product analysis, managing maintenance and development of data sources, and rate filings through approval. Other responsibilities include designing and testing databases and system changes for implementation of product changes, developing and conducting training sessions for the Insurance Product Management unit, and writing/reviewing text for rate reviews, filing, and internal communications describing results of analysis. The ideal candidate must display analytical skills have a proven track record of successfully driving results and projects, strong organization and time-management skills, present strategic solutions to the leadership team, and demonstrate an ability to make change happen. Programming knowledge in SAS, SQL, R, Python, or other languages is also highly desirable.Role description of a Competitive Intelligence Leader:


  • Develop and execute competitive intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Identify and prioritize key competitors, market trends and emerging threads

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with business units, marketing and product development

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions

  • Monitor competitor activity, product offerings, and pricing strategies

  • Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes and market shifts

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive competitor profiles

  • Assess competitor strengths, weaknesses and market positioning

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for competitive advantage

  • Provide actionable insights to inform product development, pricing and marketing strategies

  • Develop and maintain competitive landscape reports and dashboards

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Annual Salary $130,175.00 - $212,175.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
