- Assess, diagnosis, generate treatment plan and deliver mental health treatment
- Support implementation of new products/technology
- Ensure outcome collection and analysis
- Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams
- Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, and recommending new approaches
- Stay informed on mental health related research, news stories and the competitive landscape
- Master's Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.)
- Clinical confidence with fluency in a variety of mental health treatment models and the capacity to treat a variety of conditions
- Preference for experience in working with diverse units of treatment (individuals, couples, families, groups, etc)
- Fervor for cultural curiosity and experience engaging and treating people across a wide range of social, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Self-starter
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytic skills
- Flexible and eager to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
- Fluency in basic computer skills including Microsoft 365 and EHR systems
