- 4-year Bachelor degree required
- Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry
- Oncology experience preferred
- 2 years of Pharmaceutical Management experience, managing a team of successful healthcare Sales Specialists required
- Experience managing tele-sales reps
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in using technology for virtual interactions
- Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards meeting and exceeding objectives in a remote or call center environment
- Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Coach and council sales representatives virtually to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practices
- Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to business opportunities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
