- Review content (videos, image, text, live-streaming, and audio) in accordance with client's processes and policies.
- Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
- Partner with client's internal teams to ensure user and brand safety and proper handling of sensitive content.
- Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and processes.
- Undergraduate education required (must currently be attending college or university after completing high school, pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with considerable exposure to news and editorial workstreams using content moderation tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of community guidelines and online safety standards.
- Ability to stay objective and avoid personal bias during reviews.
- Effective communication skills with an initiative-taking and positive approach to tasks.
- Experience with fast-moving online communities or support teams.
