- Position Type: Full-Time
 - Base Pay: $15.00 hourly
 - Performance Bonus: Uncapped monthly incentives
 - Expected Total Compensation: Approximately $23/hour including bonuses
 - Location: Remote (Work from home)
 - Schedule: Variable shifts including potential weekend and evening hours

 - Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales
 
Important Note: This position is strictly for sales activities and is different from customer service. Past experience in sales is required.

Sales Volume Management
- Receive 40-50 incoming sales calls daily
 - Work in a high-speed virtual environment
 - Rapport with customers quickly while responding to questions and completing a sale

 - Gather detailed product information not available on the website

- Analyze the needs of each individual customer

Experience
