Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years data entry or customer service experience

  • Typing speed 40+ WPM with accuracy

  • Strong communication and phone skills

  • Multi-tasking abilities

  • Quiet home office with reliable internet

  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

Technical Requirements

  • Windows 10 or Mac OS

  • High-speed internet (25+ Mbps)

  • USB headset for customer calls

  • Dedicated workspace

Compensation & Benefits
