As a Veterinary Customer Success Representative, you will be an integral part of the Movora team by ensuring our customers are provided with excellent service keeping inline with Movora's mission of achieving the best veterinary outcomes.

The primary responsibility of the Veterinary Customer Success Representative is to foster customer loyalty through high-quality interactions with our customers, including Veterinarians and their staff, over the phone and/or through email regarding Movora products and services.

Multiple positions are available. This position has the potential for substantial growth within the organization and the opportunity to work closely with Veterinarians and Veterinary Surgeons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Build sustainable relationships of trust with Surgeons and Vet. Techs through open and interactive communication.

· Promptly answer all inbound customer calls and emails.

· Identify, and assess customers' needs by having an extensive familiarity with our products to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

· Handle concerns or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.

· Inform customers of additional products or services that may be beneficial to their needs.

· Maintain accurate customer records by updating account and shipping information in company software and inventory systems.

· Properly entering sales orders, ensuring quantities, code match and customer information.

· Communicate with Sales Reps regarding backorder status.

· Work within the customer service team to ensure coverage and proper customer support.

Education and Experience Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Experience in the Veterinary or Medical industry required.

· Minimum of two years (2) of experience in a customer service/support position required.

· Strong communication and attention to detail skills.

· Problem Solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

· Time Management and the ability to multi-task.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products required, CRM and ERP systems a plus.

· Ability to prepare correspondence, develop reports and enter customer data.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Customer Service – able to personally provide a high level of interactive service to targeted customer base/market, building relationships and acting as internal company advocate.

· Team Orientation & Interpersonal – highly motivated team player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization.

· Communication – able to effectively express self verbally in a diplomatic, empathetic and tactful manner.

· Analytical Problem-Solving and Decision Making – able to research, analyze, identify viable options, draw sound conclusions, present findings and make thoughtful recommendations considering overall risk and short-term and long-term impact.

· Organization & Time Management – able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling, and organizing professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

· Adaptability to Change – able to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to, and able to positively and proactively assimilate change in a rapid growth environment.

· Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
