Â Stay updated on American Express policies, procedures, and product offerings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to cardmembers. Â Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cardmember issues and escalations.
Qualifications: Â Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment. Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Â Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously. Â Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Â Commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Â Experience working in the financial services industry or knowledge of American Express products and services is a plus.
