Schedules: Part time, up to 30 hours per week Monday - Friday
Schedule 1 is 8 AM - 2:30 PM CT, Monday through Friday
Schedule 2 is 12:30 PM - 7 PM CT, Monday through Friday
Location: Remote, but preference is for candidates within 20 miles of Temple, Texas

Essential Job Functions:
 Handle and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.
 Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency.
 Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
 Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
 Maintain and promote a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team productivity goals.
 Upsell relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions.
Qualifications:  1+ years relevant work experience  Amazing customer service and insights  Ability to communicate effectively in writing in English  18+ to apply
